Anyone going to the Harley Davidson Homecoming this weekend? I’ll be there really sticking out with a Pan America and THE ADV1. A couple of weeks ago I went to a Hoka Hey Rendezvous in Kentucky, and had a large group surround the bike asking questions. I screwed up and forgot to get a picture of the crowd!
 
If I went, I'd have to be on a BMW...so probably not! :)

Actually, I think you are our only HD PanAm owner at this point. Represent us well!
 
Gotta say @B2E2RUN I recently put a hundred miles on a Pan America. HD 10,000% crushed it with that engine. That mill should be in every bike they make. Self-lowering suspension just bloody worked and was invisible, I would kill to take it to the track and dial it in. Ergos were solid as well. Electronics & infotainment system (designed down the street from me!) were seamless.
I was honestly really surprised. The HD 'merica is now on my list of 90/10 bikes. I feel I missed an opportunity to take it offroad at the demo.
Now headed back t the garage with a ten pound sledge to make parts fit on my 74
 
yesterday I did the Homecoming kickoff ride and got to sit and have lunch with Bill Davidson. Of course I took the opportunity to show this cool thing made in Chicago that is attached to my Pan America. He gave his approval and said that it was very cool.

I also talked to one of the Milwaukee Mounted Police on a Pan America and he said they were looking for trailers for their bike (I showed him a picture of the ADV1). Might be something to reach out on.
