So cold, so worth it

Had a new clutch put in so it was time for a ride.
I only  got 66K out of the original clutch and it was slipping before I hooked up my ADV1 so it was due. Opted for OEM, happy with that result. Thrilled really, pulls like a tank at low speeds again, I did not realize I was losing anything except midthrottle.
Anyway, headed from the coast up to the mountains. 30ish degrees in the passes but full sunlight and no precipitation for a week so I had no worries about traction on highway. Getting off in shady two lane was another story, but except for one oshit patch of ice made it without issue.
Hope all y'all are getting back out on two wheels soon.

Also, last week sometime my bigger cubby cover self ejected somewhere. Rod, please invoice me for a new one next time Luke has a production run and can make me one. No hurry.

Also, has anyone thought of (made?) a fender extender or perhaps a flap on the ADV1 itself to keep the grime off?

We're heading into a week of 50° weather as well. It's about time to hook things back up and do more riding. I'm about 2000 miles short of a BMW driveshaft replacement and service as well. I need those knocked out before June. Our Alaska trip has been moved up to Mid June instead of July. Can't wait.
As for mudflap ideas. I've not pulled in wet conditions yet. But the BMW has a plastic mud gaurd that extends off the swing arm in back of the tire. It covers about 10" high and 8" wide.
Bradley Performance makes a rubber mudflap for a TW200 that is just rubber belting. It's about 1/4" thick it's bolted to the rear fender.
I have 1/2 fenders on my semi and there's no stopping the spray. Good luck with it.
