FWIW, I use White Lightning Clean Ride Bicycle Chain Lube White Lightning - Clean Ride™ on the Mosko panniers' plates & receiver plates. It's a PITA when you get the new plates and have to hammer them out with a screwdriver & mallet, the liquid paraffin makes taking off the panniers a WHOLE...

I test-installed the new ORANGE Mosko Moto Backcountry panniers on the back of my bike just to see how visible they were and I wasn't disappointed. The vertical orange molle strip accents popped! I'd put them both on my bike & ride around, but the green/orange combo would blind people... :D
