The plan is to use the Nanuk for our daily luggage to roll into the hotel for check-ins.
I wanted something easy to unhook and roll in without having to look for a luggage cart.
Since the case weighs in at 14.55 lbs, (6.6kg), I intend to keep the contents under 15 lbs, (6.8kg) if possible.
Since it will be strapped to the frame and not so much on the shelf, I think it will be secure and not overstressing the shelf.
One of the silver Touratech panniers will be extra storage for heavier, bulkier items like sweatshirts, extra layers or dirty clothes to swap out.
The other will be camping gear, non-cooler food and/or MSR stove and pot for a nice cup of coffee on cold mornings.
The Bumots on the bike are where I will stow my riding gear and helmet when I stop for excursions and lunch, etc.
At the moment, my wife's bike is empty except for her riding gear and helmet. So we have some room for any tchotchke that may find it's way onto the bike.
Side Note - I noticed that I mistyped the model number. It is 938. The 935 is the smaller, carry-on sized model. I've corrected the thread title. Sorry for any confusion.

The last photo should be vertical.
Not sure why it auto-corrects to landscape?
I don't see a setting to correct it.
