Pasq LLC’s Refund Policy

Customers may request a refund for a Pasq product that is on order, but has not yet been shipped, by submitting the simple form at the bottom of this page.

Refund Details

  1. Refund Timing: A refund can be requested up until your Pasq product has been shipped. Once the product is shipped, the return policy will apply.
  2. Cancellation Fee: A non-refundable cancellation fee of $250 will be deducted from the original purchase amount.
  3. Additional Charges: All credit card processing fees and transaction costs associated with the original purchase will be deducted from the original purchase amount.
  4. Refund Method: Refunds will be processed, and to keep fees to a minimum, a check will be sent within 10 business days to the purchaser, net of the cancellation fee and additional transaction fees.

Refund Process

  1. Refund Form: Please complete the below simple form.
  2. Confirmation Email: We will email you confirming we have received your refund request. We may have questions about your request, which we will include in the confirmation email.
  3. Check in the Mail: We will mail you a refund check within 10 business days after both you and Pasq agree to the refund request.

Limitations

  • Once a trailer has been shipped, no refunds will be issued. Instead, the return policy will apply.
  • Partial refunds are not available
  • Custom modifications or special order components are not eligible for refund

Exceptions

Pasq Moto Trailers reserves the right to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis and may make exceptions at its discretion.
