Pasq’s Return Policy
Overview
Due to the size, weight, and specialized nature of our products, Pasq LLC maintains a limited return policy. We encourage customers to carefully consider their purchase decision and thoroughly review all product specifications before ordering. We encourage customers and prospective customers to read all of the information below, and then complete the Return Request Form at the bottom of the page.
Return Eligibility
- Timeline: Returns of trailers and all other products must be initiated within 14 calendar days of receiving your product.
- Condition Requirements: Products must be returned in original, unused condition in the original packaging, and must include all accessories, and documentation.
- Documentation: Original proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products with any signs of use, assembly, or modification
- Custom-built or modified products
- Partial components or accessories when purchased as part of a complete trailer
Return Process
- Request Approval: Complete the below Return Request Form to begin the return process. Our customer service team will reply by email within 2 business days of receipt of the form with any questions or issues. If the return is approved, the customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) by email.
- Return Shipping: All return shipping costs must be prepaid by the customer. Due to the size and weight of our trailers, return shipping costs are substantial for them.
- Return Shipping Method: Customer is responsible for arranging appropriate freight shipping and insurance. If you received the product on a pallet, it must be returned on a pallet.
- Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns of trailers and other products.
Payment Information
- Payment Amount: The purchase price less the restocking fee and any shipping costs and credit card fees (original or return) incurred by Pasq.
- Payment Method: Refunds will be processed within 15 business days after inspection of the returned product. Our customer service team will email you with the amount to be sent to you. Refunds will be in the form of a check mailed to you.
- Inspection: All returns are subject to inspection before a refund is processed.
Alternative Options
We understand that circumstances change. Rather than returning your trailer, we recommend:
- Use the Buy & Sell thread on the Pasq website forum to list your trailer for sale. By placing the product for sale on our forum, our team will be aware that you want to sell your Pasq product, and will make it known to any appropriate possible buyer.
- Post your product for sale on other forums and marketplaces that specialize in motorcycles and motorcycle accessories
- Contacting local motorcycle dealers who may be interested in purchasing your trailer
Warranty Claims
This return policy does not apply to warranty claims. Please refer to our separate Warranty Policy for issues related to product defects or performance issues.
