Pasq’s Shipping Policy
Shipping Methods and Timeframes
Production Timeline
- All Pasq trailers are built after being ordered
- Standard production time is 12 to 16 weeks from order confirmation
- You will receive email updates about your trailer’s progress during production
Shipping Options
We offer the following shipping methods for our trailers:
- Freight Shipping (Continental US)
- Professional freight carrier delivery to your location
- The trailer will be shipped on a pallet
- The carrier will deliver to residential addresses, but this may be limited to curbside delivery only, depending on the location
- Factory Pickup (No additional charge)
- Pick up your trailer directly from our facility in Mokena, Illinois
- While building your trailer, we will work with you to arrange a pickup appointment
- A tour of our facility and lunch will be provided!
- We’ll provide assistance with hookup and basic operation overview
- International Shipping (Not available to all countries)
- DHL Shipping will be used
- Shipping charges are paid to Pasq in advance of shipment
- All tariffs, duties, and taxes are paid by you upon receipt of the trailer
Delivery Locations
- Continental United States: Standard shipping available to all 48 contiguous states
- Alaska and Hawaii: Please contact us for special shipping arrangements and rates
- International Shipping: We will ship internationally to select countries. Each order is considered separately
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs in the continental US are $375.
- Shipping costs will be clearly displayed during checkout before order confirmation
- Shipping costs are non-refundable once your trailer has shipped
Shipping Process
- Production Completion
- You will receive email notification when your trailer is nearing completion and will soon be ready for shipping
- We will confirm your shipping address and delivery requirements
- Shipment Preparation
- Your trailer will be carefully prepared for shipment, including:
- A final inspection
- Professional packaging and palletizing
- Documentation and shipping paperwork
- Your trailer will be carefully prepared for shipment, including:
- Carrier Scheduling
- The freight carrier will contact you directly to schedule delivery
- Delivery appointments can require 24-48 hours advance notice
- Please ensure someone is available to inspect and receive the trailer
- Delivery
- Standard delivery is curbside only
- You are responsible for moving the trailer from the delivery location to your storage area
Delivery Inspection
- Visible Inspection
- Before signing for delivery, inspect the packaging for visible damage
- Note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing
- Take photos of any damage to the packaging
- Unpackaging Inspection
- After delivery, unpack and inspect your trailer thoroughly within 48 hours
- Document any damage with photos
- Report any shipping damage to Pasq within 5 business days of delivery
Shipping Delays
- While rare, shipping delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier logistics
- Regional transportation issues
- We will communicate any known delays and work to resolve them promptly
- Pasq is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier
Tracking Information
- Tracking information will be provided via email once your trailer ships

International Customers
- International orders are currently being considered on a case-by-case basis
- International customers interested in Pasq trailers should contact us directly to discuss options
