Trailer stand!

Beta Tester
I purchased some triangle motorcycle stands to use to assist with attaching and removing the trailer. I bent the part on the outside to get the correct angle.
This was my first test, it did work but I bent them too much. It did scratch the trailer a little too. A few more modifications will make them perfect. I just pulled my KTM away and it stayed.
It's the first nice weekend that I'm not busy, and first ride without the trailer in awhile. Now it's time for a ride!

Harbor Freight has a box of assorted vacuum caps. I believe that's what they're called. The little rubber caps that come on the ends of some inline fuel filters. Put them on the metal piece against the frame to keep from scratching it.

I'm thinking of using that tool dip stuff, once I heat them up and bend them back a little. Thanks for the idea. My next test will be using them to attach the trailer. 🤞

I hope you have better luck with plastic dip than I have. Backing into the trailer is going to be fun. It should work. Only issue I can foresee will be getting everything lined up perfectly. Should be entertaining to watch.
