    Out for a ride

TRAILERING A BIKE? NO! The trailer goes behind the bike. UGH! These kids now days. Who'd put a bike on a trailer. Oh wait are we mounting to the frame on Harley's now? That's the only bikes I've seen on trailers.🤣😂🤣

    Out for a ride

I've been able to ride at least 100 miles every month so far this year. Bought a heated jacket. Game changer, no more Michelin man. Last Saturday attended a group ride. Hooked up the trailer. Knew immediately it was back there. But after about 20 minutes it was feeling much better. Had to get...

    Carry what?

My wife and I are heading to Alaska this summer. She rides her own bike but as a 3rd year riding. I don't want her overloaded on the gravel roads. And she wants a larger tent as well. The only downfall I have found with the Pasq is an attention getter. Everyone wants to talk about the trailer...

    Trailer stand!

I hope you have better luck with plastic dip than I have. Backing into the trailer is going to be fun. It should work. Only issue I can foresee will be getting everything lined up perfectly. Should be entertaining to watch.

    Trailer stand!

Harbor Freight has a box of assorted vacuum caps. I believe that's what they're called. The little rubber caps that come on the ends of some inline fuel filters. Put them on the metal piece against the frame to keep from scratching it.

    So cold, so worth it

We're heading into a week of 50° weather as well. It's about time to hook things back up and do more riding. I'm about 2000 miles short of a BMW driveshaft replacement and service as well. I need those knocked out before June. Our Alaska trip has been moved up to Mid June instead of July. Can't...

    Winter riding.

My goal this year is to ride a motorcycle every month. With the weird weather we've had I am 2 for 2 so far. A couple days ago we finally got snow. 8" of powder, I used my leaf blower to clean the sidewalk. We recently picked up a TW200. The previous owner put a knarly rear knobby on the front...

    HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

The new year is upon us. What are your riding goals for 2025? My big goal is Tuktoyatuk to cool my tires in the Arctic Ocean. Then tour a good bit of Alaska. Otherwise a few shorter trips as opportunities present themselves.

Just my luck 2 60° days in a row at home. I'm stuck in the truck heading to Florida without a bike.

    Winter escape

Winter is upon us and my lovely bride is itching for some wind therapy. Our December is pretty crazy so thinking of loading up the bikes and heading to the Texas hill country. Has anyone done this and can give suggestions on base camping areas. The plan is load bikes and ADV1 in trailer head...

First Snow in Chicago and the First for the ADV1!

I can't believe you'd subject the Beemer to that torture. Now you need head straight to Starbucks for some redemption.

    Sunset on the highway.

Has nothing to do with the bike or the trailer. But I like the view out the windshield of the truck this evening.

    62° in mid November

November 15th 62° sounds like a day for a ride. Unfortunately I didn't have any spare time to sneak in a ride. I did however find a way to turn a 30 mile trip into 100 miles. Felt great to be out and about. Tomorrow is supposed to be the same. So I plan to quickly knock out some chores and...
