I'm limited by the fact that I drive my wife to work M-T-Th, which cuts into my available riding time, but she retires next June so I'll be much more available for laying down the miles. When I was a young-un, I hitchhiked from upstate NY to Montreal and around the Gaspe Peninsula, down to PEI, thru NB, NS, Maine, NH, MA, & home. Fun times, IIRC. Ran short of cash in PEI so I did some haying for a local farmer, didn't have gloves and the polypropylene twine for the bales ate my hands up. Oh, well...
Might be fun retracing that route...
