Trailer for Goldwings/other touring bikes

I often tour on my Goldwing, and sometimes am two up on the bike. Having a single wheel trailer akin to the ADV 1 would be an amazing thing to have to make sure we have all the gear we want.

Having a mount/setup where we could install a small say 50w solar panel to recharge a solar generator would be sweet as well.

Welcome to PASQ ADV1!
I'm in line to get my own trailer for my GSA and have been sourcing power solutions. I went to Powerwerx and got their 60Ah solar panel and the PWRbox MINI Portable Power Box 20Ah. It's a LiFePO4 in a fused power in/out container.
When I get my trailer, I'll document the installation here.
 
I have a Yeti 500 battery and a Boulder 50 solar panel. Would be interesting to see a mount system for such equipment.

In our plans for Pasq, making a trailer for cruisers/Harleys and GoldWings is top of our list. There are two reasons why:
  1. There are hitches readily available for these bikes: both receiver hitches and just ball hitches. We are thinking we should be able to make an adapter quite easily for both these types that would allow us to connect our hitch mechanism to them. This means we wouldn't have to make hitches on the bike.
  2. The ADV1 can be adapted quite easily to look good on these bikes. We'd likely use a different wheel and make sure panniers styled for those bikes would work.
So, hopefully soon we will be able to get a trailer to you for your GoldWing!
